Grogu has chosen to follow the path of his protector, The Mandalorian, and continues to share adventures at his side.
Here’s an action figure you probably never needed. Would any Star Wars collector want another Grogu action figure? We have them all already, so there is likely no need to produce others for the line. And, well, how about that? We get a “Season 3” version of Grogu in a new unwanted Epic Hero Series line before The Vintage Collection. That sounds about right. Admittedly, the animated quality of the Epic Hero Series line of Star Wars action figures gives most of the characters in it some cuteness and charm. And the same is true with Grogu. Hasbro designed the new action figure to be compatible with most other figures in this line. Luke Skywalker comes with Grogu’s backpack. And it seemingly appears that Hasbro designed The Mandalorian and Grogu to interconnect in one fashion or another. Grogu is painted, but the paint applications are neat and clean. Grogu also comes with a three-part pram from the show’s third season. A nice feature of the pram is that Hasbro gave us an “invisible” display stand to give it its floating quality. The Child, Baby Yoda, and Grogu are all the same character, but you’ll find one name or another on the packaging. Hasbro isn’t consistent with this. We don’t think many collectors will invest in this new action figure line. We must admit Hasbro did some excellent tooling here, but at this point, too many collectors are getting impatient and want Hasbro to finish the collector-focused lines instead.
