Set after the fall of the Empire, Ahsoka follows former Jedi Knight Ahsoka Tano as she investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy.

The repacks and repaint never seem to cease for The Black Series 6-inch action figure line. It’s a shame that a line that claims to be the brand’s focus puts more repetition out there than its competitor lines. For The Bad Batch, Hasbro repainted a bunch of The Bad Batch action figures previously released to show off their late-season appearances. As expected, they cost a lot of money and are exclusive to Walmart. The Clone Commando might be the freshest of the bunch, as funny as that may sound. We get a pure white (technically off-white) “Republic Commando” figure, and they’ve added to The Black Series 6-inch action figure lineup. Clone Commando is 95% 2021’s TBS [P4] Hunter (TBB01) figure, you know, the Rambo character, and besides the all-new portrait first seen on Boss, the Republic Commando helmet, and white armor, this new take on the character was visible in The Bad Batch series. Sadly, the figure still showcases Hasbro’s laziness. They didn’t even attempt to bring any newness or freshness to the action figure. It’s a “copy and paste” reuse of The Bad Batch’s Hunter figure, but the finest of details are also the same here. The figure has excellent articulation, but the legs still cause some consternation. Some running or action-oriented poses don’t turn out as you wish, thanks to the complexity of Hasbro trying to work in premium articulation while hiding it under clone armor like knee pads. We don’t anticipate the Clone Commando being a “hit it out of the park” grand slam in the 6-inch line. Then again, there are many barking and clapping seals so that it might do well.
